	Description
	The SV6111AM is specifically designed for voltage regulation in alternator charging systems, as commonly found in automotive applications. The SV6111AM provides a regulated voltage feedback system to monitor and compare the system battery voltage to an externally programmed set point value and generate PWM waveform to drive external N–channel MOSFET or Darlington transistor to control the average alternator field current in response to system load current. The SV6111AM provides Initial Soft Start functions to eliminate engine torque.
